OUR COMPANY
Images of Canada is the leading giftware and clothing catalogue business in Canada, and has been independently owned and operated since 1995.
At that time we distributed two printed catalogues a year, one in the Spring and another in the Fall. We operated out of an office/warehouse space with a very small, and very dedicated crew. Thanks to our great people, and to the incredible support and enthusiasm of our customers for quality, Canadian- made goods, we have grown considerably! Now, in 2006, we mail five different printed catalogues to customers each year, and are also pleased to offer our customers the ease and convenience of shopping for excellent Canadian merchandise via our revamped on-line catalogue. |
Our annual customer survey tells us that you like what we are doing - and incidentally, for several years now, for each completed survey we receive back from our customers, we have made a donation to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation. Between this initiative, and our "Send A Friend" campaign, Images of Canada has happily donated to a cause that is dear both to our hearts and to the hearts of many of our customers.
We continue to grow and are located in Edmonton, AB. Our crew is still as dedicated - but there are a few more of us! Everyone in our operation, from our friendly, knowledgeable and courteous Customer Service Representatives, to the good folks who pack and ship your items with care, looks forward to being of service.
OUR PRODUCTS

Images of Canada is proud to offer distinctly Canadian apparel and gifts. We search for products that are unique, and select giftware, clothing and home décor items based on excellence of design, quality of craftsmanship, supplier reputation and lasting appeal. Products are sourced largely from individual artisans and small businesses across Canada, either directly or through trade shows. Our group of roughly 160 active suppliers includes small clothing producers, individual jewellery makers, glassblowers and woodworkers, a small number of museum reproduction programs, as well as Canadian publishers of books, CD's and images. Virtually all products are Canadian designed and manufactured; a small proportion of our items are produced overseas under license to Canadian vendors.
Images of Canada is neither an advertising vehicle nor a consignment operation. Products are purchased by Images of Canada and warehoused in our facilities in Burnaby, British Columbia, then shipped to customers upon order.

CUSTOMER BILL OF RIGHTS
- I the customer can expect my call (or fax, voicemail or email message) to be responded to in a timely manner. That means the same day the company receives my query.
- I the customer can expect to be dealt with by any representative of the company in a professional, courteous manner.
- I the customer can expect my order to be processed within 48 hours of placing it; and unless the item in question is on back-order, I can expect to receive the shipment in full within 7 to 10 business days.
- I the customer can expect to receive exactly what I asked for on my order.
- I the customer can expect any special instructions I may have for ship-to address or gift wrapping will be properly satisfied.
- I the customer can expect that if any problems or delays are experienced with my order, that someone from Images of Canada will show a sense of urgency in resolving the problem and keeping me abreast of the status of my order as required.
- I the customer know that Images of Canada stands behind its products, and if dissatisfied for any reason, I can return them for a refund or exchange.
