Can I return or exchange an item? In a word - yes! We know sometimes something you have ordered may not fit just as you had hoped, or the gift purchased may not be to the recipients' liking. If for any reason an Images of Canada item fails to meet your requirements or expectations, you may return it for an exchange, credit or full refund of the merchandise purchase price. What if an item I have ordered is out of stock? If an item is out of stock, we will ship partial orders at your option at no extra cost to you. What forms of payment do you accept? We will specially gift wrap items for you with both recipient and occasion in mind. Our gift wrapping charge is $5 per item. We can ship parcels directly to the recipient with the personal message of your choice. The statement and receipt will be sent only to you. With your purchase of $100 or more (not including taxes or shipping charges) you will receive with your order a $10 gift certificate which you can use anytime up to one calendar year from the date of your order.
